Nextfour — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your Nextfour account and all associated personal data. Nextfour respects your right to erasure under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Nextfour app and sign in.
  2. Go to SettingsAccount.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.

Your account and personal data will be removed from our database immediately. Some derived records (e.g. session history that other players rely on for their own match statistics) may be anonymised rather than deleted, so other players' historical data is not corrupted.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Nextfour account deletion request" and include:

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is finished.

Cancelling subscriptions

Deleting your Nextfour account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. To stop being billed, cancel the subscription via:
