This page explains how to permanently delete your Nextfour account and all
associated personal data. Nextfour respects your right to erasure under the
UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
Open the Nextfour app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the action when prompted.
Your account and personal data will be removed from our database
immediately. Some derived records (e.g. session history that other players
rely on for their own match statistics) may be anonymised rather than
deleted, so other players' historical data is not corrupted.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to
[email protected]
with the subject line "Nextfour account deletion request"
and include:
The email address associated with your Nextfour account.
The full name on your account.
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within
30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the
deletion is finished.
What gets deleted:
Your profile (name, email, profile picture, gender, date of birth).
Your authentication record (Supabase Auth and any linked Facebook / Google / Apple identity).
Your subscription association in RevenueCat (any active App Store / Play Store subscription must be cancelled separately by you).
Your club memberships, friendships, push notification tokens, and personal stats.
Any shadow / guest profiles you created as a host.
What may be retained (anonymised):
Aggregate match results and session history kept for the integrity of other players' statistics. Your name is replaced with a generic identifier and your account is no longer linked to those records.
Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. financial transaction logs).
Cancelling subscriptions
Deleting your Nextfour account does not automatically
cancel a paid subscription. To stop being billed, cancel the subscription
via:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nextfour.
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nextfour.
