These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NextFour mobile application and any related services (together, the “Service”) provided by NextFour (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service (profile information, photos, match results, club details, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to submit any content you upload, and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.
The Service is designed for racket sport clubs and players. Information you share within a club or session (your name, profile picture, statistics, queue position, pairings) is visible to other members of that club or session. This is necessary for the Service to function. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Hosts and deputies have additional permissions within their own clubs and sessions, including the ability to add guest (“shadow”) players, approve or remove members, and manage match assignments. These actions remain subject to the rest of these Terms.
All rights in the Service — including the NextFour name, logo, software, designs, and documentation — are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple, Google, and Facebook (sign-in providers), and Firebase / Apple Push Notification Service (notifications). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your data is removed in line with the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) GBP £50. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update or modify the Service, including features and subscription tiers, at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
